Finally, the radiator overflow reservoir. The input/output line runs down the outside of the reservoir and is too close to the pulley on our new pump.
I used a saw to cut the input/output line down fairly low on the reservoir. Again, I used scrap plastic from an oil container and some Goop to seal the opening. I drilled a 1/2" hole on the top of the reservoir so I could route the rubber hose from the radiator directly into the reservoir. The original hose is a bit short so I replaced it with a longer piece. |
