| Loosen the belt and hose. | Remove the PS return line. | |
|
The serpentine belt has to be removed. Locate the bolt head that controls the tension and loosed with a 15mm socket and long extension. The kit came with a new belt so put this one aside.
Use a 16mm wrench (Flare nut wrench if you have one) to remove the high pressure line from the top of the pump and the return line from the back of the pump. We will replace both of these hoses during the installation. |
