My 1998 TJ has this EVAP canister mounted under the hood on the driver side fender well. Coincidentally, there is a place about the same size and shape hidden under what looks like a second battery tray under the brake master cylinder.
The canister's only connnections are three vapor hoses of various sizes that needed a bit of an adjustment to reach to the new location. The existing mounting bracket does hold other items, but I could cut or modify considerably depending on my needs. |
