Uh oh! Our holes don't line up! Not surprising. The new holes are a little high and just a bit outside. I had to slot each of the new holes a bit before I could get all 8 bolts into the bumper. You can now tighten all 8 bolts into the bumper and the 4 nuts and bolts on the crossmember supports. Replace the 2 bolts (Figure 4) from the original bumper that mount upward from the bottom of the new bumper.

Look good? I think so. Carefully slide the fuel tank back in place and replace all of the nuts. Add the D-Rings and you're done with the bumper. On to the swingout tire carrier. The swingout mounts on a single pivoting bolt. The bolt is a tight fit. Make sure you get it in the right direction because once you get it in place it is not coming out without a press.
