Bull Park Trail

We did see quite a few deer on our trek, but we failed to catch any of them with our camera. Of course, this is bear country, but luckily, we didn't see any bears either. According to the Forest Service, there are elk, white-tail and mule deer, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, antelopes, black bears and mountain lions living in the Pike's Peak and San Isable National Forests.
We're new to Colorado and we're just getting acquainted with our neighbors in these mountains. I expect we'll find out more about the local flora and fauna as we spend more time on the trail.
